Breathing Exercises

Peace Breathing

Breathe in and out through both nostrils and silently repeat the mantra ‘breathe in Peace....breathe out Peace’ in time with the inhale and exhale. As a meditative and mindful practice, this breath can bring a sense of calm to difficult situations and it might help you to respond to challenges with more clarity.

  • Mini Restorative Yoga and Mindfulness Retreat

    Saturday 14th September 10.00am – 13.30pm

    This offers you a chance to simply be in a friendly environment and try some techniques to support you in your daily self-care. It will include gentle restorative yoga, guided breathing and mindfulness practices, yoga nidra relaxation and a sound bath.

    This event is being run in collaboration with Wendy Dineen of Mymindfulcoach.co.uk, Instagram's @mymindfulcoach. Wendy is a wonderful restorative yoga teacher, experienced mindfulness practitioner and wellness coach.
