Why choose IWI YOGA?
The word iwi (‘ee-wee’) originates from the Māori language and means ‘nation of tribes or communities’. I found my own ‘tribe’ in the yoga community and finally felt I had come ‘home’. My teaching style is inclusive and accepting of all cultures, backgrounds and belief systems. I would like you to feel this spirit of friendliness and acceptance when you come to my classes and feel that you are your better self by the time you step off the mat.
